Premier Polytunnels are proud to announce that we’re now an accredited Living Wage Employer. While we’ve been ‘unofficial’ for a long time, we have made the decision to become officially accredited to show our commitment to paying our employees at least the real Living Wage.
The Living Wage accreditation is awarded by the Living Wage Foundation – the organisation behind the independent movement of UK businesses that believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. The Foundation recognises employers who voluntarily commit to providing a decent standard of living by paying the real Living Wage.
As a family business, it is always important to us that we reward the hard work and dedication shown by our team who are vital to our success. We want our team to feel valued in the workplace and be confident that they have our support to thrive outside of the workplace with their families too.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to what people need to make ends meet, providing a voluntary benchmark for employers.
