Our purposes of collecting, storing, and using your Communications Data is to access your account if you have one and to respond to you, investigate, consider and deal with any issue or complaint you have raised. In order to ensure that you receive our best customer service, we will retain previous conversations which we have had with you.
We will use your Communications Data on the legal basis that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you where your query relates to a product that you have bought from us.   • Newsletter Data will be retained for a minimum period of 12 months following the date of the last newsletter that we send to you and for a maximum period of 24 months following that date. If you choose to opt-out of our mailing list we will keep a record of this for so long as we continue to operate our mailing list, to ensure that you do not receive any newsletters or other emails about our news, offers or new product launches;
 
  • Communications Data will be retained for a minimum period of 6 years following the end of the year during which the relevant communication was sent, and for a maximum period of 7 years following that date;
 
  • Competition Data will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months after the winner has been drawn; and
