Delivery is FREE for all orders with a value of more than £75.00.

For orders of £75.00 or less, there will be a Delivery charge of £10.00.

Scottish Highlands

The following postcodes within the Scottish Highlands will incur a Delivery surcharge:

All IV Postcodes, KW1 to KW14, PA34, PA37 to PA39, PH19 to PH26, PH30 to PH41, PH49 to PH50.

Offshore

Offshore destinations in Great Britain will incur a Delivery surcharge.

Very Small Orders

If you would like to place a very small order, please feel free to contact us by e-mail at info@premierpolytunnels.co.uk or by telephone on 01282 811250 as we may be able to offer a smaller charge for postage and packaging.

Very small orders include items such as one roll of repair tape or anti hot spot tape.

Dispatch Lead Time

Garden polytunnels, Cloches, Fruit cages - currently dispatched in 1-3 working days. 

Commercial polytunnels and Sheep houses - currently dispatched in 3-5 working days.

Polytunnel covers and accessories - dispatched in 1-3 working days.

Please Note: Delivery is made by a national courier and we recommend that customers are at the delivery address on the day of delivery.

How will my polytunnel be delivered?

 

Returns

Premier Polytunnels offer a 28-day “No Quibble, Money Back” Guarantee.

Please inform us by calling 01282 811250 or emailing info@premierpolytunnels.co.uk if you change your mind for any reason and wish to return any goods.

All customers will receive a full refund under the following conditions:

  • You must inform us that you wish to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • You must return the goods to us within another 14 days.
  • The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

All goods should be returned at the customer's expense. Goods should be returned to: Premier Polytunnels Ltd, Ravenscroft Way, Crownest Industrial Estate, Barnoldswick, Lancashire, BB18 6JA.
